Research & Development
The facility has over 5000 m2 of facility with pilot plants for all types of dosage forms.
They employ a full R&D team made up of over 50 formulation chemists and a fully geared Reg team. The facility can design powders, oral liquids, topical creams and ointments, sachets, injectables, eye preparations, capsules, effervescent tablets, tablets (bilayer and matrix) and tabsules. Patch technology will also be available soon. They have ready to scale up production suits to facilitate trials.
Another area of expertise is the production of product dossiers to meet global regulatory requirements for all products developed. Products are developed by design and to meet customer requirements. There is also an in-house stability centre to provide support for R&D batches to include in the dossier package.
These front end technology abilities will enable a product from ideation stage to be facilitated through to regulatory registration in the one facility.
